“Ennai Thalatta Varuvala” is a 2003 thriller film by K. S. Ravindran and it features Vignesh, Reshma and Ajith Kumar in a cameo appearance. The film follows Vennila, a spoiled woman who pretends to love her college mate Satheesh and deceives him, leaving him in a coma. But soon after, her deeds come back to haunt her, causing a series of circumstances that force her to face the consequences of her deceit.

The film is more about Vennila's complicated network of relationships with three men all of whom are essential to her quest for self-awareness and understanding than it is about her romance. Satish, having won a college contest, becomes the object of Vennila’s ire when she feigns a romantic interest, weds him, and leaves him at the altar on their wedding evening. The betrayal would leave Satish heartbroken, sending him into a coma. Santhosh, the new college student, engages in mental gymnastics with Vennila, keeping her guessing about his true feelings. Amar, Vennila’s fiancé from abroad, soon turns out to be a raging psychopath murderer.

As we follow Vennila along her journey, she realizes she’s pregnant even though she’s never physically been intimate with any of the men. This shocking revelation pushes her to investigate further and she uncovers an even bigger conspiracy that Satish’s pregnancy is in fact, part of a well-thought-out revenge plot by Satish’s close friends. While exploring important themes, such as deception, trust and revenge, the film’s narrative follows Vennila as the repercussions of her past misdeeds return to haunt her.

The thriller "Ennai Thalatta Varuvala" features Vignesh and Reshma, with a brief appearance by Ajith Kumar. The narrative revolves around Vennila, a pampered woman who deceives Satheesh, a college friend, into going into a coma.
