Lasya is a happy go lucky child who lives a blissful life of carefree fun. Living in the snowcapped mountain surroundings of the Himnalayas have made her strong and resilient to cold and hard work. She loves her freedom and the beautiful serene surroundings of their little hamlet, where she stays with her father Karma and his brother Chomo. Together they have built their home with all amenities for a comfortable life.
One day all that changes. A fleet of army soldiers get posted in their village right about 100 yards from Lasya’s home. Things will never be the same again for the family as they struggle for their freedom. The beautiful serene and peaceful surroundings are now interrupted by gun shots and shouts of terror. The life of Lasya’s family and many other’s in the village will probably never be the same again.
The movie is directed and produced by Shivajee Chandrabhushan. The star cast includes Danny Denzongpa, Skalzang Angchuk Gultuk, Shakeel Khan, Raj Zutshi, Yashpal Sharma, Aamir Bashir, Denzil Smith, Sanjay Swaraj, Anuradha Baral, Wangchuk Dorjey Mogul, Stanzin Jordan, Manish Mathur, Shivajee Chandrabhushan, Sonam Stobgias Gorky and Shilpa Shukla.
