Gautam is a brave and dedicated police officer who nabs goons and reforms them. Impressed by this dedication and honesty in work, the police commissioner assigns him the police station of a town that is terrorized by notorious criminals. Many officers have left their duties or have asked to be transferred as it is impossible for them to survive in that atmosphere. But Gautam takes up the challenge and joins the town police station. He does not allow even the smallest crime to go unnoticed and gives a strict sentence for it.
Meanwhile, Dharamdutt is hell bent on eliminating Gautam, as he is causing a hindrance in his illegal and criminal activities. He thus hires a hit man named Govinda who has never let go of a target and assigns him the job of finishing Gautam once and for all.
