'Hera Pheri' is the story of a con man Ronnie and a con lady Bonny who deceive individuals for cash. But it's slowly uncovered that Bonny needs cash to construct a mental refuge where rationally unsteady individuals like her mother can be treated. On a game changing night a long time back criminal named Bhagare Sashti assaulted Bata Krishna's gems shop and on their way back they had murdered Bonny's father and charged youthful Ronnie of the kill. After the truth is uncovered Bonny and Ronnie begin working together for cash. One day Bata Krishna gets a emancipate call from Sashti implied for Haladhar Nourishment. Flag, Ronnie's associate chooses to posture as ruffians and call Nourishment. They request twofold the sum requested by ruffians. After a parcel of complications the child is protected, Ronnie gets the cash and Sashti gets slaughtered.
