Ishq Ho Gaya Mamu (2011)

Three friends Osmaan, Aamir and Salman live a happy-go-lucky life on their own terms. All three happen to fall for the same girl Nazo. She is a shy and conservative girl who will not give in easily to their advances so they individually hatch a plan to win her over in their own way. However one thing the three friends agree on is that to get the attention of Nazo, they will have to win her father’s (Mamu)trust. Like most Muslim men, Nazo’s father also loves shayari. So Osmaan, Salman and Aamir have to try their hand at ghazals and shayari’s to impress him. To make things more crazy, Osmaan’s mother, Aamir’s aunt and Salman’s father join in to help the three hopeless guys in their endeavor. Things get completely out of hand and bizarre, when Aamir’s aunt falls for Mamu and Salman’s father falls for Aamir’s aunt. The crazy mad cap continues with a host of humorous and unexpected twists and turns. The movie is directed by Sumbul-Gazi and produced by Gazi and Pedhiwala Entertainers. The star cast includes Rajesh Vivek, Mushtaq Khan, Pratima Kazmi, Nasir Kazi,Meenu Bharadwaj, Abid Khan, Avtar Gill, Siraj Khan, Puneet and Upasana Singh. The music is composed by Lalit Pandit and cinematography is by Manish Bhatt. The screenplay is by Bunty Rathore.
