The movie follows Beena, a young lady resolved to learn the truth behind her family's stained reputation. She discovers secrets buried by historian Girija Vallabha Menon and her friend Babu that transform her community permanently.

In a tiny coastal community, retired cop Rajendran is residing quietly with his wife Nirmala and their daughter Beena. Everyone honours the family, but their history keeps some secrets that others in the village murmur about. Beena sees odd occurrences surrounding their house one day, small disappearing goods and strange noises late at night. Brave and inquisitive, she sets off to learn what is happening. For assistance, she invites Babu, her childhood friend and local historian Girija Vallabha Menon.

Together, they learn that Rajendran was wrongly accused many years ago of something that he never did. This wrongful accusation damaged the family's name and brought pain. Beena and her friends delve into the village and unearth clues about the truth that were hidden from the village. In the end, they confront the person who made the false accusation at an old temple. The truth unveils, and the village realises Rajendran was innocent. Restoration of the family's good name, and back to peace. The coming together of Rajendran, Nirmala, and Beena, in the end, portrays hope for a brighter tomorrow. It shows that the truth and love of family can take on any type of challenge.
