Shankar falls in love with Shefali who is extremely wealthy and comes from a illustrious family. He dreams of acquiring her wealth some day, and becoming the part owner of all her properties and estates. Soon he makes Shefali fall in love with him too and eventually they both get married. However, Shankar’s family plots to kill their daughter-in-law and take over her property themselves. They achieve their goal, however Shefali’s soul does not rest in peace and comes back to haunt her in-laws, who have wronged her. Soon they all get killed one by one in a revenge saga by the spirit of Shefali.
The movie is directed by Yeshwant and produced by Vind Verma. The star cast of the movie includes Hitesh Patel, Anil Dhawan, Isha Gupta, Raza Murad, Kiran Kumar, Dinesh Hingoo, Deep Jyoti, Black Billy, Rajeev, Anil Nagrath, Sapna and Lekha Govil. The music of the film is composed by Bappi Lahiri.
