Suri, a skilled young constable from India, is sent undercover to Sri Lanka to infiltrate a powerful weapons-smuggling gang. To Suri's surprise, he discovers that the leader of the syndicate is his long-lost brother, Siva. Caught between his conscience and blood, Suri makes the pros and cons, and elects to remain to finish the mission while secretly maintaining his hidden identity. Later, Siva finds himself reconnecting with Suri, and they both reminisce about their oppressed past and lost childhood. As Suri gains trust among the group, his friction with Murugan rises. Murugan, the vicious, psychotic enforcer, sees Suri as a rival.
In a turn of betrayal, Murugan wipes out Siva and the entire crew, which includes an innocent, who had recently become close to Suri. Devastated, fiery with rage, Suri releases his rage and demolishes Murugan's men in revenge. As he catches his breath, tribal elders recognise a symbol on Suri's body and reveal Suri to be the reincarnation of a legendary freedom fighter. Realising the greater purpose, Suri decides to stay back and help rebuild the broken community. He is still burdened with loss, but welcomes his new destiny. As peace settles, a new adversary begins to rise on the horizon fighting awaits!
