The story of Lakha revolves around two tribes that are very close and boast of a great undying friendship. However things go awfully wrong when some misunderstandings lead to the tribes fall out. They then become sworn enemies of each other. Things go even more wrong when a boy from opne tribe falls deeply in love with a girl from the other tribe. This creates more complications and complexities, which will be very dear to the couple as well as the parents of the couple.
The movie is directed by Rakesh Kakaria and produced by Anil Sodhani. The music is composed by Jugal Kishore and the lyrics are written by Madan Pal and Naseem Ajmeri. The star cast includes Pran, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Sandhuraj, Tilak Raj, Beena Banerjee, Sahila, Sudhir Pandey, Shashi Upadhyay, Arun Govil, Prakash Agarwal and Seema Vaz. The film is produced under the production banner of Anita Films International.
