Mahishasur Marddini presents a collage of stories from a single night. Within the film, the four characters accost from the rural areas and remain as paying visitors in a house claimed by Rituparna Sengupta's character. Sengupta and the four characters have a few guests on that specific night and, through their intuitive, the complete film unfurls.
