Mounam Pesiyadhe

“Mounam Pesiyadhe” (2002) by Ameer is an iconic love story in Kollywood. It stars Suriya, Nandaa and Trisha. When Maha’s father discovers her love for Kannan, he brutishly sends goons to assault Kannan, which angers Gautham. When Kannan goes to complain, Maha’s father apologizes profusely, and Kannan and Maha’s wedding plans are back on. On his wedding day, Gautham comes to the decision that his one true love is his college friend who’s always loved him, and there has only ever been one girl for him. The movie ends with them riding off hand in hand.
