Nikita Roy is one of the upcoming movies of the drama genre. This new film’s story shows Sonakshi Sinha as an intrepid investigative journalist named Nikita Roy. Her mission is to get to the bottom of a reclusive spiritual leader. Following rumours of dark forces and suspicious deaths swirling around the healer, Amardev (Paresh Rawal), she teams up with paranormal expert Amar ‘Ashwin’ Rana. Having previously been a sceptic with a rational and scientific bent, Nikita's beliefs are confronted as her untethered reality slips into the unexplainable.
In the trailer, we catch a glimpse of unnerving graves in a remote wilderness colonial farmhouse, sinister rituals performed by Rawal's godman figure, and a time-crunching urgency for Nikita to unravel the dark truth within just a week.
As they spiral deeper into their investigation, they encounter a web of paranoia, deception, and covered-up history. Nikita's former investigative prowess is matched by her emerging psychological distress, where the reality-bending tension between perception and reality exists as the film's driving conflict.
