"Panam Kaaikkum Maram" is a Tamil action-comedy film that has been written and directed by Jaypee, produced by A. Ramalingam. The film features Akshai, Akalya, Badava Gopi, Parathi Kannan, Raj Kulkarni, and Bose Venkat as leading actors. Panam Kaaikkum Maram follows the plot of three underworld henchmen whose lives get jumbled when a burglary goes wrong.

The narrative is of three robbers who are assigned a straightforward task; steal a bag for their boss. They execute the robbery to the letter, but when they open the bag, they are shocked to discover it filled with a heap of cash. Greed gets the better of them, and they plan to betray their boss and abscond with the money.

Little do they realize, their woes are only just starting. The boss, a cold-blooded gangster, soon discovers their treachery and instructs his henchmen to bring them to him. In addition, the police are also on their back, for the money they have stolen belonged to innocent individuals through illegal means. Now the underworld and the law are after them.

As they try to make their getaway, the three gangsters find themselves in a string of ridiculous and action-filled dilemmas. They keep switching hideouts, disguising themselves as other things, and coming up with ridiculous schemes in a bid to stay one step ahead. But their ineptitude and bad luck make things only worse.

Amidst the turmoil, they realize that the money stolen belongs to people who were cheated by their boss. Faced with a tough choice, they must decide whether to keep running or take the high moral ground.

"Panam Kaaikkum Maram" is an action comedy filled with surprise twists, humor, and thrilling chases. It is an entertaining and fun ride while exploring themes of greed, loyalty, and justice.
