The story of Rangbaaz revolves around three men who have struggled with the lawlessness of society. A place where an innocent and defenseless man is taken advantage of and made a scape goat, is a place where no justice can ever be served. They have no more faith in the law and have given up on the idea of ever seeing justice prevail. Thus they all decide to get justice in their own way and do things in the way they know best. The film is a Kanti Shah directorial. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the lyrics are written by Dev Kohli, Anwar Sagar and Rajesh Johri.
