Robinhood is a Tamil action-comedy movie directed by Karthik Palaniappan. This film is a big deal for Motta Rajendran because it's the first time he's playing the main character, and Srinath did the music. The movie also stars RNR Manoharan, Sangili Murugan, Sathish, Ammu Abirami and Deepz in important parts. Rajendran, who everyone knows for being super funny, is trying something new as a serious main character, which has people curious.

It seems like the movie is about a local hero who, like Robin Hood, helps regular folks. The poster made it seem like the movie will be funny, emotional, and dramatic, with a cool down-home feel.

As for who's who, Motta Rajendran is Robinhood, a guy who takes on bad guys and helps people in need. Ammu Abirami is the main woman in the film, who probably brings feelings and maybe some romance to the story. Actors like Sathish add laughs, while pros like RNR Manoharan and Sangili Murugan give the village setting some weight with their acting. Altogether, the cast should provide a mix of laughs, action, and genuine drama.

The movie was supposed to come out in 2020, but it got pushed back because of production stuff and, you know, the pandemic. Still, when Vijay Sethupathi shared the initial poster, people loved it and were shocked to see Rajendran looking so different. You should check out Robinhood because it’s a different kind of village action-comedy with a fresh story. Plus, it's not every day you get to see Motta Rajendran playing a hero, showing off a side of himself we haven't seen before.
