Stolen is one of the recently released moviesof the drama genre. Inspired by true events, this new film’s narrative tracks the two cosmopolitan siblings, Gautam Vardhan and Shubham Vardhan, a personal ethical quandary after they both see a terrible atrocity at a desolate Indian railway station, an infant getting ripped from its destitute mom. As Shubham comes to terms with the risk involved and danger does same, moral fervor impels Gautam to persuade his brother to do so and help the tumultuous mother.
What starts as an act of kindness soon turns into a dangerous and deepening pursuit and undercover wake-up call. These brothers, used to the hustle and bustle of the urban center and now suddenly thrust into the unpredictable and dangerous territory of rural India, face the harsh truths of their search as they pursue murky clues.
Their journey is perilous, as they are likely to run into the venal local bureaucrats, violent gangs of criminals, and fall victim to the great asphyxiating woobog of a warren of strangers.
