Shankar is arrested for a crime and will be imprisoned for a very long time. He then gives the responsibility of caring for his only son Ratan to his friend Bhola and tells him to take care of him. Shankar also tells Bhola to raise Ratan to be confident and soon he will rule the world. The film is directed by B Subhash and produced by Ram Dayal. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Suresh Oberoi, Ranjeeta Kaur, Vijay Arora, Amjad Khan, Pran and Tamanna.
