Akash is horrified when his father’s business partner and daughter Shilpa are brutally murdered. He is unable to get the event out of his head but moves on. He then sees a ghostly vision of Shilpa and is disturbed again. Soon he travel to Mahableshwar on a business trip and there he meets a beautiful girl named Shalini, who looks very similar to Shilpa. Soon the two become good friends and fall in love. He then decides to introduce Shalini to his family, but she is nowhere to be found. Later he is taken aback to hear that Shalini has been dead for more than 20 years.
The film is directed by Vinod Talwar and produced by Pawan Talwar. The music is composed by Naresh Sharma and the cinematography is by Manish. The star cast includes Krishna,Ajit Vachhani, Leena Nair, Sudhir Pandey,Tiku Talsania, Huma Khan and Reeta Bhaduri.
