Six infamous kids whose naughty and impish actions have wreaked havoc in their school and society are the subject of TOMCHI. However, when a lovely and adorable dog named "Tomchi" enters their lives, everything changes. They benefit from this new friend's arrival as they learn important duties and how to act with dignity. For the benefit of their cherished friend Tomchi, they go from a roguish gang to a polite team. However, when they realize that the puppy is not theirs, their happiness and rapture pass quickly. The well-behaved children now make the decision to give their beloved companion back to its rightful owner. However, Tomchi is stolen before they can move on to this level. Their sole goal now is to locate Tomchi and give it back to its owner.
