“Virupaksha” is a Telugu horror thriller film for 2023 by Karthik Varma Dandu. The film producer is B. V. S. N. Prasad and Sukumar. The key stars are Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon, Sunil, and Brahmaji.

The movie has a plot revolving around the character of Surya played by Sai Dharam Tej, who returns to his ancestral village only to realize that the whole village is full of fear and superstition. Vast brutal and mysterious deaths have instilled much terror in the village, but the dark forces can be at play here. As Surya uncovers the secrets of what lies deep within this village, things are much darker than he might ever imagine them to be. At this point in time, there is much more at stake, so he should be able to unravel the mysteries associated with events before that runs out of his hands.

“Virupaksha” is a horror-thriller mystery that has captured the audience by holding it suspended. This movie is one of the best thrillers in horror from 2023, due to powerful screenwriting, atmospheric cinematography, and strong performances. Sai Dharam Tej shines with a stellar performance; he is matched equally by Samyuktha Menon as her emotional quotient complements the film's plot well. The spine-chilling background score along with scintillating visuals are enhanced to take suspense and tension across the movie's length.
