Swara Bhasker got backlashed for using Nestle in her Iftar Video for which the actress responded to the criticism with her apology, acknowledging her oversight. In a broader campaign on not using Nestle Products, urging people to avoid companies associated with Israel and its products are being boycotted . 

Swara Bhasker apologized for using Nestle Products.  She had posted a couple of stories of her Iftar preparations and being a star, her video went viral. She said she knows only this recipe of food cream and after reading a few responses to her post and comment pointing to the Nestle as its one of the products in the boycott list because of the Palestine and their Zionist connections,  the actress said while she used the Nestle milkmaid shew as caught unaware and it didn’t strike to her. 

Swara apologized for using Nestle Products. 

Swara apologized and said she is still learning and struggling as she is a big advocate of BDS and is trying to practice it and thanked the people for pointing it out and that she would be careful the next time. 

While her initial post received criticism , many fans praised her for acknowledging the feedback and responded to with support.  They flooded with their comments appreciating the actress, expressing that she is an inspiration and that they love her.  One of them even said we all make mistakes and they admired her honesty. The social media users who commented said they appreciate her gesture and blessed her for taking the criticism in the right and healthy spirit .
