The new web series Paurashpur has been somewhat of an attention grabber ever since it has been announced. The fictional drama has veteran actor Annu Kapoor play the role of an evil king named Bhadrapratap. The series’ director Shachindra Vats says it was quite a task convincing the Dream Girl actor to play the role of the king who has shades of grey. The show has garnered a lot curiosity about its content. 


Paurashpur will star Milind Sonam as a transgender for the first time in his career. The show also stars Poulomi Das, Shilpa Shinde and Shaheer Sheikh, among others.
