Faisal Mallik the actor is best known for his performance in Prahlad Pandey’s Panchayat recently opened up about his struggles in finding work and about the fifth season.

Faisal Mallik had expressed he had started off with working in small budget films and later had moved to bigger projects and spoke about his choices.
 

He had responded he had never given it a thought for budgets and such things. He was an actor and he is on the stage now. That he doesn’t get to choose but someone else chooses it for him and he agrees. He also expressed he is not in a position as yet to choose what he wants to do. 

He stated the script has to be good and the story is more important that the characters playing the role, even if its just one scene the script should be fine. He went on to say even if its just one or two scenes, he will do it only if he really likes it.

He further stated big budget films take an artist to the masses but it takes time. People have to watch you, understand you and then those who make these big projects should be convinced that you can bring some value to the film. So its their choice to choose me. Said the actor.

The fifth season of Panchayat shooting is expected to resume soon and he revealed the script is being written now. Scientists give the script only after one year. Hence the shooting may begin only next year but will also depend on the release on Amazon Prime Video.
