Recently there was news that Marathi filmmaker Pradnesh Kadam’s upcoming film Gadad will see Mitali Mayekar and Suyog Gorhe in the lead. But now the latest news is that they have been replaced by the filmmaker with another jodi. Clarifying the same, the director said, “we have roped in Jay Dudhane and Neha Mahajan for Mitali Mayekar and Suyog Gorhe. We wanted to wrap up the shoot in May. Unfortunetly, Mitali and Suyog were busy with their own schedules. So, we had replace our lead actors.”

 

Speaking of his experience of working with Jay and Neha, Kadam said, “I wanted to work with Jay and Neha. So, we approched them and narrated the entire story. We kick-started our shoot and wrapped up the first schedule.” Gadad’s first schedule was wrapped in Maldives and the next will be in Goa. Audiences will get to see scuba diving for the first time in a Marathi film. Gadad also stars Shubhangi Tambale, Nitin Gawande and Aarti Shinde in crucial roles.
