Actor Asif Khan, widely recognized for his role as Damad Ji in the hit web series Panchayat, recently suffered a heart attack and was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. The incident occurred on July 15, leaving fans shocked, especially given the actor's young age of 34.
Soon after being stabilized, Asif shared an emotional note on social media reflecting on life and health. He wrote, ‘After seeing all this in the last 36 hours, I realized that life is too short. Do not take it lightly even for a day. Life is a gift and we are grateful to have been blessed with it.’
Providing reassurance, Asif later posted a health update saying he is recovering and feeling much better. He thanked his fans and well-wishers for their love and support during this difficult time.
Known for his work in Paatal Lok, Pagglait, Jamtara, and more recently The Bhootni, Asif Khan is also set to appear in the upcoming film Thamma, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Paresh
