Actor Mouni Roy has officially confirmed her marriage with businessman Suraj Nambiar has ended after 4 years putting an end to her marriage. On Thursday Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar released a joint statement addressing the rumours and requested for privacy as it was their personal and private affair and a difficult phase of their lives. 


Mouni expressed her disappointment over the unsolicited and unrequired attention given to their personal lives and not let them be focused on their personal lives. She revealed they had with mutual consent decided to part ways and is currently handling a private but amicable separation from her husband. She urged the fans, the media platforms not to speculate unnecessary to spreading false rumours or indulge in false narratives.

Rumours about her marriage had started much earlier after fans noticed they had unfollowed each other which is the hawk’s eye or the eagle-eyed fans that they are. It further intensified when Suraj sought to Instagram and appeared unavailable for a brief period, sparkling widespread discussions online.
