Actor Sidharth Malhotra’s look and character called ‘Abhay’ from the upcoming Bollywood film Jabariya Jodi has been revealed. He is a brash and ruthless guy who gets grooms kidnapped and then marries them off forcefully. Parineeti Chopra is playing the female lead in the movie. The Aiyaary actor took to his social media account to reveal his character from the movie and captioned it, “Abhay Singh kehte hai humko, poochte nahi seedha uthwaa lete hai.”

Jabariya Jodi is directed by Prashant Singh and is based on the practice of ‘Pakadwa Shaadis’. The film is extensively shot in Uttar Pradesh, from where the writer Sanjeev K Jha and the director belong. The movie also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Neeraj Sood, Sanjay Mishra, Javed Jaffrey and many more. The film is all set to hit cinema theatres on 2nd August 2019.
