Minister of Madhya Pradesh declared the film tax-free at the 17th
AUAP Conference in Bhopal. Based on the true incident of the Godra Fire
Incident the film The Sabarmati Report has received appreciation for delivering the
truth of the matter to the society.
CM Yadav
has shown interest in watching the films with his cabinet to emphasize on truth
and clarity of the tragic historical Godra Train Fire incident in 2002, which
has come out through the film, which unfortunately triggered communal riots in
Gujarat.
Directed by Dheeraj Sarna, The Sabarmati Report stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna and Ridhi Dogra. Talking to media CM Yadav said, 'The Sabarmati Report' is a very good movie. I will go to watch the movie myself. I also told my ministers, MLAs and MPs to watch this film. We are also going to make it tax-free in the State so that maximum people can watch it,'
