Producer Nitin Manmohan passed away in a hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted to the hospital on 3 December after suffering a heart attack. Producer Kaleem Khan confirmed the news. According to him, Nitin was in the hospital for about 15 days and was on a ventilator. His vital parameters are stable, the source said, adding that he was still put on a ventilator. The source also said that a team of several doctors was attending to him and he was being given the best of treatment.

Confirming the news, his daughter Prachi said, "Dad's condition is very critical." She also said that he had not regained consciousness. Nitin Manmohan's son Soham, who lives in Dubai, came to India on November 3 and has been by his father's side continuously in the hospital. Nitin Manmohan is an Indian producer, director, and story writer, who predominantly works in the Hindi film industry. His notable films as a producer are Bol Radha Bol, Army, Shool, Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Dus, Yamla Pagla Deewana, and Ready.
