Five women of different cast and characteristics are staying together in a posh flat in Mumbai. Bakula is mother-in-law to Pammi Singh, one-time film actress; now doing a lot of television serials, who is now a divorcee. In a strange situation, when Pammi Singh and her husband went for divorce, Bakula, the mother-in-law asked her son to leave the house and supported the daughter-in-law. Today Bakula and Pammi Singh are the best of friends & enjoying life to the fullest. With them is staying, Shivani, a woman from Haryana who has been thrown out by her husband and also cheated by a builder, is the sanest person in this madhouse and not only runs the house but also take care of Bakula's hotel business. Similarly staying with them is Bijoya Di who is the most respected women, though she works as household help. They are joined by another woman, Sheena from Shimla who is Pammi’s school friend and has been too badly abused by her husband, so much so that she has lost confidence in her life. This household helps her to gain the confidence back. There comes a boy, Vicky, who falls in love with Pammi Singh and wants to marry her and move to the USA. Bakula also plans to move with them giving the business ‘caretaking’ to a corporation, arranged by Vicky. And also, this Vicky is long lost son of Bijoya Di. So many co-incidents, but such is life. Shivani is asked to find out the genuinity of the papers which has been prepared by Vicky and also who is he, actually. The answers which are found by Shivani makes the interesting climax. The play advocates that ‘Life is Beautiful’, it’s we, who spoil it. So let’s live a simple life & say, ‘Hello Zindagi.’
