Rakshabandhan…Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Dhal is a serial of the drama genre. This serial’s story mainly revolves around the life of a brother and his beloved sister named Rasal and Shivraj who both are raised by their loving father named Umed Pratap Singh who raised both of his children as a single-parent and as these both siblings grow without a love of a mother, they often help each other to explore the various judgemental perceptions of the society which often make fun of their incomplete family. Further, the story takes a tragic turn wherein their father Umed meets with an devastating and life-threatening accident which severely injures him. However, as he struggles to recover, he hands over his kids to Chakori, who is also known as the ‘looteri dulhan’ who sets her sights on him in order to win his heart as he could secure her a place in his household. Later, as Umed gets concerned about who will look after his kids if something unusual happens to him, then he decides to bring a stepmother in the lives of Rasal and Shivraj in order to attain them mothers’ love but Rasal who is certainly very protective about her brother Shivraj doubts about Chakori’s intentions as she might ruin their bond or won’t treat them properly.
