Teri Meri Dooriyan is a serial of the drama genre. This serial’s story mainly revolves around the lives of Angad, Veer and Garry and the Monga sisters namely Sahiba, Seerat and Keerat. This serial’s story mainly emphasises around love, betrayals and the rigidness of family ties. The story begins with Sahiba who is a very hardworking and independent artist and is the second daughter of the Monga family followed by her sister Seerat who is pampered by her mother named Santosh who dreams of marrying her in a wealthy and rich family in order to secure her future. Further, Angad who is one of the cousins of the Brar family falls in love with Seerat. However, Seerat gets manipulated by another cousin of the family named Garry and then runs with him on the day of wedding and indirectly betrays Angad. Later, As the devastating lies unfold, Angad and Sahiba marry each other because of the family pressure despite their contrasting behaviours. However, Sahiba gets initially rejected by the family but later acquires acceptance from the family because of her innocent and kind nature. Further, as the storyline proceeds, Angad and Sahiba begin to develop a brittle understanding, but still their relationship faces constant difficulties. What will happen further? Can Sahiba expose Garry’s true nature to the family? Will Garry seek revenge upon Sahiba?
