Ajay is an aspiring filmmaker who hopes to make his first film soon. He is bursting with ideas but has no foothold to make his dream into reality yet. Recently married to Asha, he confides in her and tells her all his ambitions. Asha supports him completely. She meanwhile works as a school teacher to make ends meet in the house, while Ajay too takes up other odd jobs till he finally makes his dream film. It just a matter of time
before fate smiles on Ajay and he finally makes his film. The film is directed and produced by Ashok Ahuja. The music is composed by Ranjit Kapoor and the cinematography is by Sharad Navle. The star cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Anita Kanwar, Devki Nandan Pandey and Devki Nandan Pandey.
