Satish is a wealthy boy studying medicine. He meets Shanti and they both fall in love. Soon he has to leave as his father is seriously ill. Meanwhile Shanti meets a rich man’s daughter Kamni and befriends her. Kamni is about to get married ot her boyfriend Aroon but sadly he dies in an air crash. Kamni soon finds out that she is pregnant. This makes matters worse and she is distressed. Her friend Shanti comes to her rescue and helps her with her delivery in the hospital. To save Kamni from the embarrassment, Shanti calls the child her own. Soon Satish meets Shanti and is heart broken to know that she has become the mother of an illegitimate child.
Satish’s parents fix his marriage with Kamni and he accepts. Shanti is now in a dilemma as she loves Satish but cannot tell him the truth. Things will take a different turn when Satish finally learns the truth. The film is directed by K Pappu and produced by Inderjit Films. The music is composed by Arun Paudwal and the screenplay is written by Ranbir Pushp. The cinematography is by Sripad Natu. The star cast includes Avinash Wadhwan, Chandni,Sabeeha, Kulbhushan Kharbanda,Paresh Rawal,Aloknath,Mohnish Behl,Anupam Kher and Tanuja.
