Yashpal is a wealthy industrialist and gets widowed at an early age. He now has the responsibility of his three children; daughter Nisha, and two sons Vijay and Arjun. While Nisha and Vijay get married soon, Yashpal searches for a appropriate bride for his younger son Arjun, played by Govinda. Meanwhile Arjun engrosses himself into the family business. He then happens to meet a beautiful girl called Pooja, played by Manisha Koirala and she turns his life around and brings him even more happiness. They both fall in love with each other and decide to marry soon.
Yashpal is happy that Arjun has finally met his match and decides to get them married soon, however tragedy strikes just then. Vijay and Nisha are found dead and the fingers are pointed towards Pooja. Not able to believe this Arjun tries to dig deeper, but he finds his father dead too. The cops then come to arrest Arjun and Pooja and both are on the run. The movie is directed by Naresh Malhotra and produced by Vijay Galani. The music is composed by Dilip Sen and SameerSen and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay is written by by Sachin Bhowmick and the dialogues are written by Anwar Khan. The star cast includes Govinda, Dalip Tahil, Manisha Koirala, Navneet Nishan, Saeed Jaffrey, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever and Farah Naaz.
