Afsana is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by B.R. Chopra. The story revolves around the life of Twin Brother's- Ratan and Chaman (played by Ashok Kumar)- A two kind man fell in love with their childhood sweetheart- Meera (played by Veena)- A Sweet girl - but an incident causes in a fair and they got separated and Chaman and Meera were found and Ratan goes missing. Years later, Chaman starts to hate Meera and gets attracted to Rasily (played by Cuckoo)- A Beautiful dancer, and wanted to marry her. Things get complicated- when Chaman gets involved in a fight with a stranger and when he returns he loved Meera and hated Rasily- as Ratan comes back, leading to consequences.
