After his elder brother goes to jail for murdering Kale Pahelwan, Mohammed Baabarr Qureshi, turns to violence and becomes the most dreaded gangster of Amanganj, Uttar Pradesh, where he’s born. He begins his spree of killing and takes over the place where even the cops fear to venture. S.P. Mrityujain Dwivedi, is hell bent on arresting Baabarr but he instead hatches a plan to get Tabrez Alam to get into conflict and destroy him. The clash escalates to a horrific level and Baabar is forced to leave and go to his wife Afreen staying in Kolkata. The cops however catch up on him and get him back and present him in court.

 

The Uttar Pradesh police is refrained from touching Baabarr who is now in judicial custody. With the knowledge of the dreaded gangster having committed over 200 crimes but no witnesses and definitely no evidence, the police and the courts are forced to get him acquitted and he is let go Scott-free. He gains heroic status and has acquires many followers. The movie is directed by Ashu Trikha and is produced by Sunil Saini and Mukesh Shah. The music is composed by Anand Raj Anand. The star cast includes Sohum Shah, Mithun Chakraborty, Urvashi Sharma, Mukesh Tiwari, Govind Namdeo, Om Puri, Vishwajit Pradhan, Vivek Shauq, Shakti Kapoor, Sushant Singhand  Tinu Anand.
