Shyam Singh is a widower who lost his wife after giving birth to their son Ram. He then remarries a harijan girl and has a son with her named Laxman. Soon her friend’s son Rahim comes to live with them. Meanwhile while in the army, Shyam a havaldar, dies during his duty, leaving his wife and sons to fend for themselves. Meanwhile Laxman falls in love with a wealthy girl and lives off his father-in-law’s money. Ram marries Laxmi. When Laxman is in trouble, it is Rahim and Ram who come to his rescue. The film is directed by R C Nanda and produced by Sunita Kavita. The music is composed by Chand Pardesi. The story is written by R C Nanda. The star cast includes Vikram, Monty, Paintal, Ranjan Grewal and Naaz.
