Aarav, played by Akshay Kumar owns a fishing company and Sagar, played by Sanjay Dutt works as a diver for him. Sagar is in love with Mona, played by Lara Dutta and they plan to marry soon. Sagar’s brother Sam, played by Zayed Khan is a biker in Bankok. One day he happens to meet Nikki, played by Katrina Kaif, who is also a biker but works for a dreaded gangster called Gulshan, played by Mulkul Dev. Sam wins a bike race with Gulshan and he asks Sam to work for him. After initial refusal he accepts. After failing to deliver a package worth $50 million, Gulshan, who has set Sam up demands he pay pack or die.


Sam escapes to the Bahamas to his brother Sagar. Gulshan comes chasing and tells him that he has killed Nikki. Just then Aarav comes and helps Sam escape, and he tells him everything that happened in Bangkok. Gulshan meanwhile kidnaps Mona and asks for $50 million or Sam in return. So Aarav tells them about the treasure in the sunken ship Lady in Blue. They all go hunting for the treasure. When it is retrieved and brought up, Gulshan is already present. Aarav tells Sam and Sagar that he hired Gulshan to trick them both and get the treasure. He then kills Gulshan and jumps into the sea and is presumed dead.


After a few months Aarav calls Sagar and tells him that he is alive and Nikki is actually his wife. Nikki asks Sam to forgive her for playing with his emotions. The movie is directed by Anthony D’Souza and Produced by Dhillin Mehta. The music is composed by A.R. Rahman.
