Chidiya

Chidiya is one of the recently released movies of the drama genre. This new film’s story is about the tale of two school-going brothers who live in a lower-middle class house with their widowed mother. The plot starts with these two brothers, Shanu and Bua who are currently in their schooling period, and have an unreal fascination for badminton. As they both study in the school, they both discover a film set where their uncle, Bali works as a spot boy. Shanu finds himself quite fortunate to get a shuttlecock from the actor Shreyas Talpade on the sets.
 

Then, this shuttlecock becomes their life as they both dream of playing the game. Their uncle, Bali’s daughter, Ishani, who is the cousin of Shanu and Bua, who also joins them in the adventure to find a place to play badminton. Then, they all clear a space in their compound where there is a lot of litter lying. Also, they ask their neighbour-hood tailor, Taj Bhai to create a net for them. Then, just as all things seem to go alright, soon their uncle Bali asks them to join him in the shooting as he has luckily secured jobs for them so that they can thy can contribute in their family’s income.

Later, Shanu and Bua feel quite devastated because of the thought that they would not get to play badminton. After their shooting schedule in Bombay ends, their unit shifts to Panchgani located in Mahabaleshwar. As they shift there, Shanu and Bua feel convinced that they would never get to play badminton thereafter. What will happen further? Will Shanu and Bua be able to convince their uncle Bali? Can Bali acknowledge their dedication? This is one of the recent movie releases that has entertained the audiences through its drama, thrill and suspense alongwith the bright visuals and an inspirational storyline.
