Pali, played by Akhil Kapur and Gyaani, played by Jay Bhanushali are orphan boys from UP who have had no proper guidance and discipline in their life. Their directionless life makes them get into the gun making business. They fool around with their guns, using bad language and idolize Judge Saab, played by Ashutosh Rana who they want to emulate when they grow up.
Soon the boys grow up to be just as bad as their idol and get into a world of crime and gore. Major Suryakant, played by Suniel Shetty sees their talent and skill at sharp shooting and asks them to train for National level championships. However, Judge Saab also has his eye on them and gives them a one-way ticket to his crime kingdom. Now the boys have to decide which direction they would like to take their life.
Desi Kattey is directed and produced by Anand Kumar. The story is written by Aaryaan Saxena and Rahul Ramchandani. The music is composed by Kailash Kher. The cinematography is by S. R. Sathish Kumar and editing is done by Bunty Nagi.
