Dil Diya Dard Liya is an Emotional-Romantic Crime-Thriller Drama Film exceptionally crafted by Abdul Rashid Kardar. The Story revolves around the life of Shankar (played by Dilip Kumar)- An orphan adopted by a Wealthy Thakur and raised with his Evil Son Ramesh (played by Pran) and Daughter Roopa (played by Waheeda Rehman). After Thakur death, Ramesh abuses and tortures more often Shankar and made his life Miserable. Shankar fell in love with Roopa and this brought rage in Ramesh and threw him over the cliff and arranged marriage with his Colleguee Satish. Things get complicated- When Shankar is mysteriously saved and returned for revenge, leading to consequences.
