Sandeep’s parents adopt Ranjit and Prakash at a young age when their respective parents abandon them. Thus the three boys grow up to be the best of friends. Sandeep has now become a well known doctor, Ranjeet a tough police officer while Prakash a well-known lawyer. The three friends have been excelling in their respective fields. Sandeep has a short temper and often gets into arguments with Ranjit and Prakash for it. They often get into clashes with a dreaded gangster named Daga, who incidentally happens to be the biological father of Ranjit. One day Sandeep witnesses Daga’s men molest Ranjit’s pregnant wife Lata. The former rescues her and beats up the molester but tells her not to reveal about the rape to anyone.

Daga comes to know this and kills the molester and frames Sandeep in his murder. Left with all the evidence pointing towards Sandeep, Ranjit arrests him. Prakash now takes up his friend’s case in court. Sandeep in order to protect Lata conceals the truth but Prakash gets a fake wife Rekha for Sandeep and reveals that he was actually saving his wife from the molester. Soon Rekha and Sandeep fall in love. When Ranjit comes to know the truth he forgives Sandeep and accepts his wife. The three friends join forces to eliminate Daga once and for all.
