Vishal Kapoor a.k.a V.K is a notorious gangster of Mumbai. Asha is in love with him but he never reciprocates. Meanwhile Pasha dies while saving V.K’s life. Pasha before dying asks Vishal to take care of his younger brother Sagar and V.K readily agrees to it. On another occasion V.K’s rivals plant a bomb in his care and a dancer named Barkha sees this and moves him away from the car before it explodes. He is grateful to her for saving his life and asks her to come stay in his house. Being homeless Barkha accepts the offer. Soon she meets Sagar and they both are at loggerheads but soon they end up falling in love.

 

Meawhile V.K too falls in love with Barkha and decides to have a party to announce his engagement to her. Sadly she refuses his proposal and tells him that she is in love with Sagar. This makes V.K angry. His rival Nageshwar takes advantage of this situation and creates more misunderstandings. Soon both brothers join forces and destroy Nageshwar and Sagar marries Barkha while V.K marries Asha. The movie is directed by Afzal Ahmed and produced by Xavier Marquis. The music is composed by Nadeem-Shravan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay is written by Anil Kalelkar. The star cast includes Vinod Khanna, Govinda, Ayesha Jhulka, Ashwini Bhave, Johnny Lever, Bharat Kapoor, Anil Dhawan, Tinnu Anand and Paresh Rawal.
