Vicky is a flamboyant and wealthy spoilt son of businessman Mr. Khanna. He is known to be a womanizer and flirts with almost all the girls in his college. His father is fed up of his habits and keeps getting several complaints from girl’s parents. Finally having had enough, Khanna sends Vicky to Bombay to reform and be away from his father’s wealthy influence. Vicky on his part promises to change his flirtatious ways. However as time passes, Vicky goes back to his old ways. This continues until he meets a girl named Meena who he sees just as another girl, but he truly falls in love with him. Vicky uses Meena for his pleasure and leaves her. She warns him that if he continues this behavior she will kill herself. It doesn’t affect Vicky till she really commits suicide in his house in front of his servant. Now her ghost comes back to haunt Vicky. The film is directed by Rajat Rakshit and produced by Naresh K Bhatia and R Singh. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborthy, Shree Ram Lagoo, Tej Sapru, Ranjeeta, Shreeram Lagu, Tej Sapru, Jr Mehmood, Mohan Choti and Jadeep.
