"Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1" is a new Telugu release, directed and written by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna. The historical action-adventure features Pawan Kalyan in the dominant lead role, with Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nargis Fakhri, and Nora Fatehi in lead roles. The long-awaited film, after years of development, is now to hit the screens on 12 June 2025.

Against the mighty backdrop of the 17th-century Mughal Empire, this movie is a tale of Veera Mallu, a legendary rebel who defies one of the greatest empires of Indian history. Charged with the task, as seemingly impossible as the quest to even achieve it, of stealing the valiant Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughal treasury, named the first Indian to have risen against Mughals in revolt, Veera Mallu undertakes this deadly adventure.

The movie dives into his younger years, the execution of oppression that he sees and experiences and how he develops into a strong, courageous frontline freedom fighter. As the Mughal army commanders become increasingly ruthless in their governance, Veera Mallu emerges as a beacon of hope for the masses. With high-risk missions, battle-hardened fight scenes, and emotional complexity, Hari Hara Veera Mallu will be an exhilarating experience through a lost part of Indian history.

Even with numerous setbacks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, political obligations of lead actor Pawan Kalyan, and personal challenges such as his son getting injured, the team has finally wrapped up production. Fans have waited for more than five years, and the end result promises to be well worth it.
