Rana, played by Sharad Kapoor is a poor mill-worker, who has previously been involved in criminal activities. After his son falls seriously ill, he takes him to the doctor to hear a heart breaking news. He will have to take his son to the US, where his treatment is possible, if he must survive. For this Rana would need a lot of money but he has none. Not left with any other choice, Rana decides to take up a final criminal assignment to make maximum money for his son’s treatment. Thus Rana is told, he must kidnap a rich politician’s daughter Sonu, played by Supriya Pathak. He asks one of his associates named Vishal, to do the dirty job for him as always.
Vishal, who is a professional and well to do painter by profession, must meet up with Sonu’s mother and get the ransom amount. He then has to sell his paintings to her and get a bank draft for a huge sum of money. He has to then encash the amount and later report the amount as stolen to the police. Things however, don’t turn out exactly as planned and there is a lot of confusion and chaos. The movie is directed by Rakesh Saraiya and produced by Pramod Gugalia. The music is composed by Vasudev Shukla. The star cast includes Kuljeet Gosal, Subhash Jaiswal, Amar Kapoor, Beena Banerjee, Pankaj Kapur, Dab Malik, Ramaq, Girja Shankar, Mahendra Tyagi and Supriya Pathak.
