Kiran is the daughter of a wealthy Thakur Karan Singh who is believed to be dead. She is thus brought up by her step mother Thakur Maa who is a ruthless woman and shows no affection or kindness to Kiran. Kiran loves lotus flowers and they are bought for her from a local flower vendor. She soon falls in love with the vendor’s son, whose name is also Kamal. When Thakur maa comes to know of this, she is furious and makes sure Kiran is married off to her relatives son. She then locks her up in a room and forbids her from seeing Kamal again. Soon she escapes the haveli and meets Kamal. The two young lovers get married. Meanwhile Thakur maa sends her men to beat up Kamal. Karan Singh who is alive and in the lock up escapes and rescues his daughter. The haveli is set ablaze. The film is directed and produced by Huda Bihari. The music is composed by Ravi. The star cast includes Prem Parashar, Murad, Sujit Kumar, Aruna Irani, Nadira, Murad, Sujit Kuma and Nadira.
