Prakash works as a librarian and lives with his only daughter. One day his friend Usman comes to him desperate for help. He hands him a diary and a dagger for safekeeping. He informs him about the importance of the two of an ongoing criminal investigation of a gangster. He then leaves. Prakash then gets the heartbreaking news of the murder of Usman. He then receives several phone calls and threats inquiring about the dagger and diary. Meanwhile a charming girl named Preeti tries to get close to him and know more about the dagger. He informs the police regarding her possible involvement with the gangster. Soon Preeti is murdered after she reveals that she works for Prince. Having had enough of mysterious events, Prakash decides to find out the truth about the dagger and diary for himself. He then goes to Udaigargh with his friends Jaggat and Rasvanti. The film is directed and produced by Atma Ram. The music is composed by Nitin Mangesh. The star cast includes Navin Nischol, Reena Roy, Amjad Khan, Mehmood, jankidas, Shekhar Kapoor, Jeevan, Reeta Bhaduri and Jayshree T.
