Drawing inspiration from the 16th Chapter of Mahabharatha, the film centers on Prasad, a respected village figure and an ardent actor. Rajesh, a spoilt playboy, pursues Ramaa, a simple slum dweller. While Sarat`s morality is tested when he meets Latha, a prostitute with integrity.
